• All of our sugar free desserts use a fructose sweetener or a malted grain sweetener but never refined sugar.  As a result, the desserts are tender, moist and have a delicious buttery flavor.
• All of our low cholesterol desserts are made with a margarine enhanced with Omega-3 fatty acids.  Our low cholesterol desserts are not only low fat, but also free of trans fats and hydrogenated oils.  The result is a tender crumb and rich flavor.
• We bake our desserts to order, freeze them to preserve their flavor and moistness, then ship them to your home.
